1. Pricing
We strive to offer competitive and affordable pricing for all our tours. Prices quoted on our website are generally per person unless stated otherwise. Please note that these prices do not include:
- Tips for tour guides or drivers
- Passport/visa fees
- Travel Insurance
- Meals, drinks, or room services
- Accommodation or laundry services
Important: Our prices may change without prior notice due to factors like changes in transportation or activity costs. We recommend confirming the price at the time of booking.
2. Methods of Payment
We accept most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and also Cash payments. Payments made will appear on your statement as a charge from WJP Tourism.
3. Payment Confirmation
After making a payment, our team will send you a confirmation slip via email. This slip serves as proof of your booking and can be used when redeeming your tour package with the service provider. Please make sure that all your travel details are accurate when booking.
4. Cancellation, No-Show, and Refund Policies
4.1 Cancellation Policy
- Individual Tours: Each tour or activity has its own cancellation policy. Please review the specific cancellation terms for each tour before booking.
- Combo Tours: If you cancel any individual tour in a combo package, the entire combo deal will no longer apply. You will be charged for the remaining tours at the individual price, and we will refund the difference.
- Visa Fees: Once paid, visa fees are non-refundable.
- Combo Package Availability: Ensure that all tours in the combo package are available before booking. If not, you will only be able to enjoy the available tours in your combo, and the other tours will be excluded.
4.2 Refund Process
- Refund Timeframe: Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 10-15 working days and credited to the original payment method.
4.3 No-Show Policy
- If you fail to show up for your scheduled tour or service, no refund will be given. This also applies to unused tickets, sightseeing tours, car rentals, and chauffeur services.
- Rescheduling is not allowed for confirmed tours or transfers (including airport transfers), and no refund will be provided in such cases.
5. Itinerary Changes
- Possible Changes: Due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, local conditions, or changes in airline schedules), we may need to make changes to your itinerary. In such cases, we will offer suitable alternatives of similar value, subject to availability.
- Notification of Changes: We will inform you of any changes to your itinerary as soon as possible, typically before departure.
- Force Majeure: We are not responsible for changes or cancellations due to unforeseen events like natural disasters (e.g., floods, earthquakes) or other force majeure circumstances. No compensation will be provided in such cases.
6. Tour Coverage & Liability
- WJP Tourism is not liable for accidents, illness, injury, loss of personal belongings, or cancellations caused by unforeseen events during your trip.
- Travel Insurance: We recommend that all travelers purchase travel insurance to protect themselves against unforeseen incidents or trip cancellations.
7. Travel Documents & Responsibilities
- Required Documents: It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have all the necessary documents for their trip, such as a valid passport or identity card.
- International Travel: If traveling internationally, please verify entry requirements with the relevant authorities in your country (e.g., consulates) for visa and health regulations. Changes to these requirements may occur without prior notice.
- Lost Documents: We are not responsible for the loss of travel documents, and no refunds will be provided if you are unable to travel due to missing or invalid documents.

All content on the WJP Tourism website (including text, images, logos, tour package details, and pricing) is the property of WJP Tourism. By using this website, you agree:
- Not to exploit or copy any of the content for commercial, illegal, or non-personal purposes.

9.2 Customer Conduct
As a guest of WJP Tourism, you are expected to behave respectfully towards our staff, local partners, and fellow travelers. We reserve the right to remove any guest from a tour if their conduct is disruptive or endangers the safety and enjoyment of others.
9.3 Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or political unrest.
